Comprehensive Assessment 

Assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Giftedness, school readiness and more, are available at Flourish Child Psychology.

 

Identifying neurodevelopmental and educational difficulties and strengths in childhood is not just about ticking all the right boxes. As such, we offer comprehensive assessment packages that aim to provide parents, educators and health professionals a thorough understanding of the presenting problem as well as provide a range of recommendations for support and intervention.

Our psychometric assessments are tailored according to the referral reason, age of the child and information being sought. We have access to a range of gold standard assessment measures for children from toddlerhood to adulthood.

Our assessment batteries may include IQ tests such as with WPPSI-IV, WISC-V and WAIS-IV, academic tests such as the WIAT-III and KTEA-3, assessments for autism such as ADI-R and ADOS-2, assessments for ADHD, as well as neuropsychological assessments, adaptive functioning assessments, and measures of mental health symptoms, attention, behaviour and executive functioning.

All assessments at Flourish Child Psychology are conducted by a psychologist with endorsement in both Clinical as well as Educational and Developmental Psychology. Diagnoses and reports are recognised by a wide variety of health professionals and funding bodies, including the NDIS.
