Julia London
Director
Clinical, Educational and Developmental Psychologist
Julia is a Clinical Psychologist as well as an Educational and Developmental Psychologist who has obtained 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families through private practice in the local area. Julia founded Flourish Child Psychology during early 2022 due to the increasing need for psychological services that was becoming evident as the pandemic continued to impact schooling and families across Australia.
Julia is currently a Member of the Australian Psychological Society as well as a Fellow of both the College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists and the College of Clinical Psychologists.
Julia has specific interest and training in completing thorough assessments for children which include investigating learning difficulties, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as giftedness. She also enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families who are presenting with a variety of clinical issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as educational issues such as attention and learning or bullying. Julia utilises a variety of treatment modalities in her work.
Julia is a parent to two children who are 9 and 6 years old. Her favourite things are reading (though she admits this doesn't happen nearly enough), holidaying with her children, and sharing meals with friends.
